Nicola Miner is an instructor of English composition at several Bay Area community colleges. Ms. Miner is also a board member of the Presidio Trust and is a member of Earthjustice Action’s board of directors. From 2018-2020, she served as a commissioner on the Women’s Suffrage Centennial Commission, appointed by Speaker Nancy Pelosi. She has a degree in history from Brown University, a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University and a master’s degree in English literature from Mills College.
